Open to athletes in grades 3 through 6 

Offered on Sundays in May from 1-3pm
Cost - $25 per session or $75 for all sessions

A program geared to young athletes aged 7-11

Introduction to track & field program, athletes will receive basic training in sprinting, hurdling, jumping and throwing

Offered Indoors in 2 sessions (November/December & January/February)

First Session starts Monday November 4th, ends December  18th 

Second Session starts Monday January 6th, ends March 4th 

The Club provides year round track and field coaching to athletes ages 12+plus an Introduction program for athletes aged 7-11

All training is done at the facilities at the University of Windsor

All coaches are trained through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP)

Spring Program 
Available for collegiate and post-collegiate athletes 
Training takes place in March, April & May 
Competitions throughout Canada & United States
