Summer Youth Development Program
Training is offered to athletes aged 12-17
Season Starts: May 27th, 2024
BEGINNING MONDAY JUNE 17th - LOCATION CHANGE - Riverside SS
Practice Times: Monday 5:00-6:30pm
& Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-8:00pm
Competitions are geared towards age-class provincial championships
and youth championships (standards must be met)

Outdoor Season 2024
Athletes aged 18+ training to peak for championships
Competitions are focused on the provincial and national championships
Season where athletes qualify for International competitions

Spring Prep
Open to athletes in grades 3 through 6
Offered on Sundays April 30th to May 28th from 1-3pm
Alumni Stadium, University of Windsor
Cost - $15 per session or $50 for all sessions
Spring Program
Available for collegiate and post-collegiate athletes
Training takes place in March, April & May
Competitions throughout Canada & United States
